Four conference venues run with an in-house Conference & Events Manager, scaling up to 250 delegates in U-shape, schoolroom or cinema configurations, with the smaller Fountains Apartments doubling as breakaway rooms when needed. The Grillroom handles dinner programmes; the buffet breakfast operates to international hotel standard. Fountains is a five-minute walk from the Company's Garden, Parliament and Greenmarket Square, with Long Street and the V&A Waterfront within ten — the right address for events where delegates need to step out to government departments, law firms or financial-district stakeholders during the day.
