The configuration covers a two-to-twelve seat boardroom, two mid-sized halls (10–40 and 20–80 delegates) and a main conference hall up to 150 cinema; combined capacity reaches 180. The Leribisi Lapa adds an informal seventy-seat option for breakaway sessions and team dinners. All rooms run air-conditioning, and a generator backs up power for uninterrupted sessions. Standard kit covers data projectors, flip charts, whiteboards, branded notepads, pens and Leribisi-branded bottled water. On-site overnight accommodation handles up to 54 delegates sharing or 27 single, with overflow placed at nearby guesthouses of comparable standard.
